Brigham City resident Velda Young Palmer, born Sept. 29, 1914, in Perry, died Monday, March 5, 2012. A funeral will be held at noon Saturday, March 10, at the Brigham City Ninth LDS Ward Chapel, 236 E. 100 South. Viewings will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 E. 200 South, Brigham City, and from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
