CLEARFIELD -- Early morning commuters were delayed Friday as crews investigated a one-car rollover that left the driver with minor injuries.
The accident happened near Interstate 15 Exit 335 shortly before 7 a.m., said Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Todd Johnson.
The female driver was traveling south when the tire on the driver's side blew, causing the vehicle to veer left and roll into the median before landing on its top.
Crews shut down the southbound left lane for about an hour while UHP investigated the accident. It is unknown if the tire was worn or if the tire hit debris in the road, Johnson said.
The woman was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. No citations were issued.
