West Point developer receives one-year warranty

Ivory Homes requested that the Yalecrest Estates subdivision be placed on a one-year warranty. The subdivision is located at 50 South 3000 West.

The developer has completed the required improvements and the year time frame is required by state code. The required guarantee amount will be retained in escrow for the duration of the warranty period. The council approved the motion on March 6.
