Elaine Hansen Romer, 86, died Thursday, April 12, 2012, at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 16, at the Ridgecrest Ward, 2375 E. 3225 North, in Layton, Utah. Friends may visit family from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
