MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE — The Weber County Sheriff’s Office identified the motorcyclist who died Friday afternoon as Jeffery Burge of Salt Lake City.
Burge, 50, crashed into a car that had turned left in front of him at the intersection of 1200 West and 12th Street. He was pronounced dead at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden a short time later.
The driver of the car was cited for failure to yield the right of way, said Lt. Mark Lowther.
