America First members' meeting is today

RIVERDALE -- All members of America First Credit Union are invited to attend its 73rd annual meeting today at 7 p.m. in the David S. Eccles Conference Center, 2415 Washington Blvd. in Ogden.

In celebration of 73 years of service, the meeting will feature an address by America First President Rick Craig, prizes and voting for board members. Incumbent board member candidates include: Lyle B. Adams of North Ogden, Joy Jex of Ogden, John D. Spease of Farr West, and James G. Wendler of Farmington. The new board candidate is William Kelly Lifferth of Riverton.

According to a news release, America First is one of the largest financial institutions in the Intermountain West, with 101 branches and more than 554,000 members. It is also the 11th largest credit union in assets in the United States with more than $5 billion.
