Best advice I've ever received: "Shake it off and step up."
Last week: Bull pitched the Warriors (11-0) to a 6-0 victory over Layton in the Region 1 opener. On the season, she is 8-0 with a 0.80 ERA and 97 strikeouts in 52 2/3 innings pitched while allowing only four walks.
Bull on her performance: "We've had such a great season. It's been so fun. We've been a team and really come together. We're just like a family. It's not about one certain (aspect of the game); everything has to work together to get a win. We just really want to win region first and if it comes to it to take state."
Coach Melinda Wade on Bull: "She's always had mental toughness. It's part of her personality. Her talent has developed throughout the years because of her work ethic." Physically, she's quite strong. She can throw a lot of different pitches and throws them with confidence."
After high school: "I'm committed to BYU to play softball. I'll study speech pathology or education."
