PLEASANT VIEW -- Resident Bob Hooper, who lives near the new public works building, said the new lights flooding the public works building are causing light pollution for him and need to be toned down.
"Is there really a need for that amount of light?" Hooper asked. "It is horrible."
Community Development Director Bruce Talbot said a deflector has been ordered to help with the problem, which will aim the lighting where it is intended -- as a safety measure shining on city equipment.
