SALT LAKE CITY -- The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Thursday announced open house and dedication dates for the Brigham City Temple.
The public is invited to visit the temple during an open house from Aug. 18 to Sept. 15, excluding Sunday and Saturday, Sept. 8, according to the church website, lds.org.
Open house tickets will become available July 30 at BrighamCityMormonTemple.org.
The temple will be formally dedicated Sept. 23 in three sessions. The dedicatory sessions will be broadcast to congregations of the church within the temple district.
In conjunction with the dedication of the temple, a cultural celebration featuring music and dance will be held Sept. 22.
The Brigham City Temple is the church's 14th completed temple in Utah.
