All invited to Unitarian Universalist clothing swap event

OGDEN -- People of all ages and religious beliefs are invited to participate in a clothing swap from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 15 at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Ogden, 705 23rd St.

Clothes for adults and children are needed for the event.

"If you have clothes that don't fit or you don't like anymore, then come and trade with someone else," states a news release from the church. "You can trade as many clothes as you bring, so if you have 15 articles of clothing with you, then you can go and pick 15 to take home with you."

Only clean clothing in good repair will be accepted.

Gently used books also are welcome for trade.

Organizers also are looking for volunteers to help with setup and cleaning afterward.
