Layton toddler laid to rest

LAYTON — Corbin Anderson, 4, of Layton, who is believed to have drowned in the Weber River April 28, was laid to rest Saturday.

Corbin’s body was found on Mother’s Day after an extensive search by many volunteers.

The family announced that Corbin was placed in his final resting place Saturday in a private ceremony at Lindquist’s Layton mortuary.

The family has invited the community to make donations to the Red Cross and Davis and Weber county search and rescue operations in Corbin’s name.
