Bountiful concert series lineup announced

BOUNTIFUL — Six concerts make up the city’s free summer concert series this season, which begins June 22.

The concerts all start at 7 p.m. in the main bowery in Bountiful City Park, 400 N. 200 West.

Scheduled concerts include:

• The contemporary rock group Argyle Band on June 22;

• A class rock and country band, Crossroads will perform June 29;

• A local talent show, Bountiful’s Got Talent, on July 13;

• A Beatles cover band, in the process of being renamed, will perform July 27;

• Endless Summer will perform on Aug 3. The group plays music of the 1960s, ’70s and 80s, plus Beach Boys songs.

• Bluegrass Rising will cap off the season on Aug. 17.

The Bountiful Community Service Council is sponsoring the concerts in conjunction with Holly Oil. For more details contact Richard Watson, community service council chairman at 801-540-3146.
