HILL AIR FORCE BASE -- A military contractor at Hill Air Force Base has been charged by the U.S. Attorney's Office with sexual battery.
Court documents allege that Timothy K. Perttula intentionally touched the buttocks of a woman on April 6.
The incident occurred in Building 1938, and authorities were notified by the base's Sexual Assault Response coordinator, according to a probable cause statement obtained by the Standard-Examiner.
Rich Essary, a spokesman for Hill, said Perttula works as a contractor at the base but declined to identify his employer.
Perttula could not be reached for comment.
