HILL AIR FORCE BASE -- The base will hold a motorcycle ride on Wednesday to promote awareness for those riding on two wheels.
The ride is part of the base's "See Me, Save Me" motorcycle awareness campaign and has been held for the past two years with hundreds of local motorcyclists participating.
The ride starts from the base's motorcycle safety range, but riders without access to the base are asked to stage at the Hill Aerospace Museum, 7961 Wardleigh Road, and wait for the other riders to meet them.
The police-escorted ride begins at 11 a.m. and will lead motorcyclists through Roy, West Haven, Ogden, South Ogden, Uintah, South Weber, Layton, Clearfield and Sunset. The event is free of charge and does not require registration.
