-- San Francisco author Armistead Maupin previews his upcoming novel, "The Days of Anna Madrigal," at 7 p.m. Saturday. The book, to be published in 2013, is the next installment of Maupin's best-selling Tales of the City series. Maupin will also discuss his work, his life and his longtime activism in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender community. Tickets are $25. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Trevor Project.
