Program aims to help smokers kick the habit

OGDEN — With summer here, area residents are invited to take a vacation from smoking by joining an eight-week class to help them.

The smoking cessation classes will be from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Mondays, starting Monday at Cottages of Hope, 2724 Washington Blvd.

Instructors will follow a proven American Lung Association curriculum.

And as an incentive, smokers will be shown how they will be able to afford a family vacation just by quitting.

Call 801-393-4011 for information.
