CLEARFIELD -- The city's July Fourth celebration will begin Tuesday with a free movie, "Dolphin Tale," at Fisher Park beginning at dusk.
A production of "Give My Regards to Broadway" is set for 8 p.m. Tuesday in Bicentennial Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Call 801-525-2790 for ticket information.
On Wednesday, the celebration continues with a 5K run/2-mile walk at 7 a.m. Meet in front of the Clearfield City Building, 55 S. State St. Visit www.reconline.org for a registration form.
From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. that day, a Boy Scout pancake breakfast will be in Kent's Market parking lot, 580 S. State St. The parade begins at 9:30 a.m., at the corner of Center and State streets, ending on 1000 East near Clearfield High School.
The festival in Fisher Park will be 6 p.m.-11 p.m. Wednesday, with patriotic music and classic rock live entertainment followed by fireworks at 10 p.m.
The event includes food vendors, games and inflatable toys.
