Explosion reported at Alpine factory

ALPINE — Authorities say they are responding to a report of an explosion at an Alpine factory.

Utah County officials say the explosion occurred Thursday at a bronze casting facility.

It wasn’t immediately clear if anyone was killed or injured.

Authorities say fire and emergency crews were on the way to the scene Thursday afternoon.
