USU, BYU-Idaho team up to offer MBA degree

LOGAN — Utah State and Brigham Young University-Idaho are teaming up to provide a new master’s program in business administration.

Faculty members from Utah State’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business will teach MBA courses on the BYU-Idaho campus in Rexburg beginning in January.

Classes will be offered on selected Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Huntsman faculty director Konrad Lee says this agreement between the two institutions has been in the works for some time. He says a large number of students from BYU-Idaho historically have gone on to earn MBAs at Utah State.

Tuition for the two-year, 36-credit program is approximately $25,000. The application deadline for winter semester 2013 is Nov. 15.
