Ted LaVoir Birch, 65, died Monday, July 16, 2012. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 20, in the Allen Mortuary of North Logan, 420 E. 1800 North. A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday before the service. Interment will be in Logan City Cemetery.
