CENTERVILLE — A 20-year-old man is charged with having sex with a minor several times.
Alexander Ivan Lynn was charged Tuesday in 2nd District Court in Farmington with three third-degree felony counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
He was also charged with two class A misdemeanors of supplying alcohol to a minor.
He met the 15-year-old girl through one of his female relatives, who was also a teenager, according to a news release from Centerville Assistant Police Chief Paul Child.
Police say the consensual sex with the 15-year-old girl was at a residence in Centerville in April and May, and police believe Lynn supplied alcohol to both the girl and his teenage relative. He was arrested Monday and booked into Davis County Jail.
