Grand opening celebrations will be held today at two Shoe Carnival stores in the Top of Utah.
The stores are located at 1079 W. Riverdale Road, Riverdale, and 2153 N. Harris Blvd., Layton.
The celebration starts at 9 a.m. at both locations, with a number of prize drawings and giveaways scheduled during the day.
