A storm system cartwheeling through southern Utah is triggering warnings of flash floods. Sanpete County sheriff’s officials are using Twitter to warn of a “massive” flash flood covering state Route 132 around Fountain Green. National Weather Service radar shows thunderstorm cells covering much of southwest Utah and reaching the middle part of the state. Meteorologists say slot canyons in Zion and Capital Reef national parks could be dangerous. Southern Utah could see rain for much of the week.
