ROY — The city recently crowned new royalty as part of its Roy Days celebrations.
The winner is the first runner-up from last year. Shelby Hill is Miss Roy, Brittney Buhler is first attendant and Laura Smith is second attendant. JennaBeth Stewart was named third runner-up and Kortney Hoopes was named fourth runner-up.
The royalty helps with various city events throughout the year and the winner goes on to compete in the Miss Utah pageant.
