FARR WEST — Councilman Tim Shupe said the city has saved nearly $4,800 in the past year since the implementation of the recycling plan in the city, and he said this is with just less than 70 percent of residents participating.
Farr West does have an opt out option for those who do not wish to participate in the recycling program.
