Editor, Why didn’t Paul Ryan use the same chalk board that Mitt Romney did to show his plan in comparison to President Obama’s instead of using his mommy? This way we could all see the difference with facts, figures and truthfulness instead of each spewing their talking points. Ryan says that Obama is stealing over $700 billion from Medicare, and Obama says the Ryan plan will end Medicare as we know it. So, why not bring out that chalk board? That way, neither one can lie or mislead the public? I’m sure that the President as well as the White House would be willing to do this, It’s up to the Republicans as well as Ryan and Romney, to be willing to do the same. Many who have not decided which way to vote would love to see something like this. They could get a better idea as to whom serves them best and not just because one says the other is the wrong thing for them. Our future and the future of our country and of loved ones depend on this next election, and if we don’t have the cards laid on the table, we might not survive the next four years regardless of who’s in the White House. Romney doesn’t have to worry about this country going broke because from what I understand, he has millions in other banks throughout the world. Ryan has been receiving government checks since his father died, first from Social Security, and later, from being in Congress. We must be able to vote for the one who won’t take more than they give in order for us to live without worrying about whether we’re going to either pay for food or medicine. The truth, with facts and figures needs to be presented and this doesn’t need to be told to a successful business man like Mitt Romney. As for Paul Ryan’s saying that socialism doesn’t work in America, well that socialist program called Social Security worked pretty good in sheltering, feeding and educating him after his father died, didn’t it?
