City honors interim Councilman Hulme

NORTH OGDEN — The city gave special recognition to appointed Councilman David Hulme at a recent council meeting.

Hulme was appointed to the council last fall when incumbent City Councilman Brent Taylor was deployed on military duty to Afghanistan. Taylor has returned from deployment and reclaimed his seat on the council.

Before Hulme’s council appointment, he served as the chairman of the planning commission and also has served on the public works committee and economic development committee.
