OGDEN -- An officer responding to a disturbance at a bar was greeted by a pair of men looking for a fight in the parking lot.
Ogden Police Lt. Chad Ledford said an officer arrived at the Greenwhale, 3576 Riverdale Rd., Ogden, at 1:24 a.m. Friday.
Outside the bar, the officer found Tovin Desmond Rueda, 25, and Zachary Myles Rueda, 22.
"When he got there, he was met by Zachary and Tovin," Ledford said. "They were aggressive and intoxicated and they decided they wanted to fight with the police."
The officer called for back up. In all, about four officers responded to the fight.
Police ended up using a Taser on Zachary Rueda.
During the fight, Tovin Duran, 49, came out of the bar and incited the pair to keep fighting.
"They were pretty much a handful," Ledford said. "The officers responded, and it was a pretty good little fight."
In the end, an officer suffered a twisted ankle and three people ended up in Weber County Jail.
Tovin Rueda was arrested for intoxication, assaulting a police officer, assault by prisoner, avoiding apprehension and interfering with arrest.
Zachary Rueda was arrested for intoxication, assaulting a police officer, assault by prisoner, interfering with arrest, obstructing justice and expired registration.
Police charged Duran, who tried to incite the fight, with interfering with a public servant.
