SYRACUSE -- The final two phases of a subdivision plan, located at approximately 500 West and 3150 South, have received final subdivision approval from the city council.
The council recently voted unanimously to approve phases 7 and 8 of the Wasatch Villas subdivision. The project involves approximately 35 lots on 12.32 acres. Castle Creek Homes is the developer.
The project was approved without discussion from the council.
