Workplace violence is workshop topic

SALT LAKE CITY — AlliedBarton Security Services will have a workplace violence prevention seminar from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Sept. 26 at the Hilton Hotel, 255 SW Temple, Salt Lake City.

Speakers and panel members include U.S. Department of Homeland Security protective security adviser Ralph Ley, psychologist Manny Tau and AlliedBarton Security Services president Bill Whitmore.

Topics will include workplace violence prevention; workplace violence and threat assessments; and homeland security.
