Workshop today for immigration help

OGDEN — The American Immigration Lawyers Association brings its Deferred Action Workshop series to Ogden High School, 2828 Harrison Blvd., at 5:30 p.m. today.

The workshops were created to help those qualified apply for the deferred action immigration program. Trained volunteers will help participants fill out their own paperwork, under the supervision of volunteer attorneys.

The workshop will be conducted in both English and Spanish, but organizers will try to accommodate other languages.

More events will be held throughout the month across the state. For information, email utah.daw.2012@gmail.com.
