CLEARFIELD -- City officials have approved a plat amendment for a project on the city’s west side, which will now allow for basements on two of the lots, where the option was previously not allowed.
The amendment changes plans for the Alex Property Subdivision at approximately 1125 N. 2475 West. The council approved the changes at a recent meeting, by a unanimous vote.
The developer is Destiny Homes, who requested the amendment for lots 104 and 105 in the plat.
