OGDEN -- A woman who caused an accident and rolled her truck Sunday morning said the sun was in her eyes.
Ogden Lt. Scott Conley said Angie Dooley, 35, of Plain City, was driving 35 mph eastbound on 25th Street when she ran a stop sign at the Harrison Boulevard intersection at 8:26 a.m.
Conley said Dooley's 2009 Ford F150 truck was struck by a 2002 black Mazda Protege that was being driven southbound on Harrison Boulevard.
The collision caused the truck to roll and come to rest on the east curb of Harrison Boulevard.
Dooley received cuts to her leg and was taken to McKay-Dee Hospital, Conley said.
A 35-year-old male passenger in her vehicle was not hospitalized and injuries were not reported for anyone in the Protege.
Dooley was cited for a stop sign violation, Conley said.
