BOUNTIFUL — Plans for a new single-story medical office building at 235 South and 400 East have been given final site plan approval.
Project plans for a 3,900 square foot medical complex for Dr. Judson Wall of New Dental Solutions were approved during a recent meeting of the city council by a unanimous vote.
The property is slightly less than a half-acre and is zoned for hospital use. The medical center is a permitted use in the H zone.
The proposed structure will be built in a U shape, said Aric Jensen, director of community and economic development.
