Let's eliminate political party affiliations

Editor,

Can you imagine where we would be as a country if we were not tied to political parties, voting for people to represent us solely on the basis of our own personal conscious and beliefs? What if those running for political office were not locked into a party ideology, but instead, truly represented what their voters expected them to do if elected?

This country has the talent, the skills and heart to be great again, if we would just stop fighting each other and work together for our common cause. Party ideology and affiliation continues to divide this country which is keeping us from being our best.

Drop the party and vote your conscious for the sake of America’s future.
