OGDEN — The American Express Center for Community Development recently granted Your Community Connection $10,000 to in support of YCC’s Transitional Housing program.
American Express partners with YCC each year to provide a grant to cover the cost of utilities for the transitional housing’s nine apartment units.
Services provided by this program are essential to the success of homeless families and individuals working on their goals of self-sufficiency. YCC’s Transitional Housing Program has an 80 percent rate of success.
