The city recreation department and the Clearfield Aquatic Center are now taking registrations for three different youth dance classes.
Little Dancers helps toddlers, age 3-4, explore movement using a variety of dance and movement forms. This includes an introduction to ballet. The class is from 10:15 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. on Tuesdays, starting Sept. 25 for eight weeks.
There is a hip hop class, for age 9 to 14, from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., on Fridays beginning Sept. 28 for eight weeks.
Ballet and Jazz, for age 6 to 10, will combine basic ballet instruction with beginning Jazz steps. The class is from
2:10 p.m. to 2:55 p.m. on Fridays, starting Sept. 28.
All classes cost $40 for residents and $45 for non-residents. Classes are at the Aquatic Center, 825 S. State St.
