OGDEN -- The Board of Commissioners of Weber County recently presented the Seal of Service award to Weber County Sheriff’s Deputy Landry Roskelly.
Roskelly received the award for his work as an emergency medical technician in the Weber County Sheriff’s Office Medical Department.
Commission chairman Craig Dearden said many recipients find the Seal of Service award to be an extra special honor.
“It’s not an award given by your boss,” Dearden said. “It’s an award given by your co-workers. It means more, receiving something awarded by your peers than by your boss.”
The award included a plaque and $100.
