Consider small subdivision waiver/lot split for Lot 2 of Centerville Corporate Park Subdivision, which would create two building lots, at 550 N. Market Place Drive, in C-VH Zone

Consider changes to Chapter 12-460, community facilities, of Centerville city general plan; which includes following:

Section 12-460-1 - Parks and open space

Section 12-460-2 - Trails

(The council will hold a public hearing on this matter on Oct. 16, at 7 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard.)

Consider conditional-use permit for temporary use; consisting of hot dog stand (AL Dogs) at 1097 S. Main St., between drive entrances of Zeponie’s Pizza and Tri-Mart Gas Station in C-H zone

Final site plan, Lot 6 of Legacy Crossing at Parrish Lane Development, corner of Parrish Lane and 1250 West, has one multifamily apartment building (48 units) in Legacy Crossing project. Craig Widmier, U.S. Development, applicant

Agreement with ECOTONE Environmental Consulting, Inc. – Delineation and examination of wetlands for Davis County

Agreement with Laroca – Rental of Legacy Events Center buildings for youth soccer drills on various dates

Agreement with Plates and Palates – Catering services for opening event for new headquarters library

Request for approval of changes to Davis County Merit System Ordinance Chapter 21 – Grievances
