William "Ned" Biggs, 85, died Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at his home in Brigham City. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2012, at the Brigham City 26th Ward, 865 S. 300 West, Brigham City. Viewings will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30 at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 East, Brigham City, and at 10 a.m. Monday at the 26th Ward.
