12th Street collision disrupts traffic flow

OGDEN — Two cars collided Saturday at the intersection of 1200 West and 12th South, leaving one woman injured.

A westbound car turned left and collided with a vehicle driven by a 52-year-old woman, said Weber County Sheriff Sgt. Jason Talbot.

The white car straddled the median on 12th Street and had to be lifted off by a tow truck. The accident, at about 3 p.m., required traffic to be diverted for about

30 minutes, Talbot said.

The woman was transported to the hospital in stable condition. The driver of the white car said he was not injured, Talbot said. Both cars were totaled, Talbot said.
