Gourmet gala to benefit Red Cross

OGDEN — Several of Utah’s top chefs and restaurants are cooking up an evening of culinary excellence to benefit the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

They will showcase their creations at the third annual American Red Cross Autumn Gourmet Gala on Thursday at Snowbasin Resort.

The gala will feature a selection from Northern Utah’s best-known restaurants, including Corbin’s Grille, Davis Hospital and Medical Center, Harley & Bucks, Jasoh, MacCool’s. Rooster’s, Snowbasin, Tona, and Zucca.

Since March of this year, the Red Cross has operated 12 full-service emergency evacuation shelters across the state and assisted nearly 2,000 Utahns.
