Rawlins breaks 35-game prep losing streak

 

The Outlaws beat Torrington 27-17 on Friday night at home for their first win in four years.

Had Rawlins lost, the team would have broken the state record for the longest losing streak in Wyoming high school football.

The Rawlins Daily Times reports (http://bit.ly/QEKqpO ) that fans stormed the field after the game. Many players and fans cried and yelled out "It’s over."

 

RAWLINS, Wyo. — The Rawlins high school football team has broken a 35-game losing streak.
