Norris and Ann Stenquist of Tremonton will be honored for their 60th wedding anniversary by their children. The celebration will also be in honor of his 80th birthday. Family and friends may attend an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Tremonton 3rd Ward cultural hall, 9590 N. 6800 West (two miles south of the Box Elder County Fairgrounds). No gifts.

They were married Sept. 12, 1952, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Logan Temple.

He was employed by Utah State University Extension Service for 40 years in Roosevelt, Ogden, Vernal and Logan, as a county agent and state livestock specialist. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

She was employed as a secretary at USU for 15 years and at Zions Bank in Logan. She has been active in music throughout her life, performing with her violin.

They have been active in the LDS Church and have served as missionaries at the Deseret Cattle and Citrus Ranch in Florida and the Seoul, South Korea Temple. They have been temple workers in Orlando, Fla.; Seoul, South Korea; and Logan.
