17-lot project in Farmington granted approval

FARMINGTON -- A 17-lot subdivision on six acres of land on the city’s south side, has been granted final plat approval.

Phase six of the Rice Farms Estates planned unit development was approved in action taken recently by the city council. The project is located at approximately 750 South and 140 East.

The project is located in a large residential zone (LR).
