Farmington council grants plat approval

FARMINGTON -- The city council has granted preliminary and final plat approval for a conservation subdivision project at approximately North Compton Road and Oakwood Place.

In action taken recently, the council gave the green light to Oakwood Estates Phase 4, which outlines 13 lots of 9.96 acres of land.

The property is zoned large residential foothill (LR-F) and is being developed by Shepard Ridge Enterprises L.C.

Lew Swain is the project agent.
