KariAnne Rencher and Christopher James Johnson were united in marriage on Tuesday, Oct. 9, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Salt Lake Temple. The ceremony was officiated by Elder Neil L. Andersen. A reception was held in their honor at the Porter Lane Chapel in Centerville.
She chose Ashlee Rencher Madsen as her matron of honor. Kelsey Montgomery and Amanda Derrick were her bridesmaids.
Chance Johnson, Mark Storey, Gabriel Marcotte, Brian Derrick and Devin Rencher were his groomsmen.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and RobynLee Rencher of Bountiful.
She is a senior at the University of Utah. She plans to graduate in May with degrees in biology and chemistry. She also plans to pursue a doctorate degree in molecular biology at the U of U.
Parents of the bridegroom are Kelly and Debbie Johnson of Ogden.
He served in the Argentina Cordoba LDS Mission and is currently studying computer science at the U of U. He works as an intern in Salt Lake City.
The new couple will live in Salt Lake City after their honeymoon to the Caribbean.
