Those not investing, creating jobs here should pay more tax

If you have a business that hires 300 plus employees and you provide them their wages, basic benefits, health care, then I think your taxes as a business should be "0" or $300 or less, 5 percent maximum.

If you are receiving income, profits, dividends, interest payments from capital gains, dividends, investments, then that money should be taxed at a higher rate because it is not directly hiring anyone. We need to reward companies that hire our fellow citizens and keep jobs here.

If you are not investing and creating jobs in this country, then that activity should be taxed at the highest rate to make up for the unemployed.
