Halloween carnival at C.L.U.B.B. Jesus

OGDEN — The community is invited to a Halloween Harvest Festival carnival Wednesday at C.L.U.B.B. Jesus church, 3333 Grant Ave. in Ogden.

The event will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will include a trunk-or-treat, games, prizes and a raffle.

The trunk-or-treat will run from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. across the street at the park.

Following that, the carnival will move inside the church.

Organizers want the event to give kids a safe place to celebrate Halloween.

Tickets for the carnival are 25 cents each or 25 for $5. Participants may throw a pie at the pastor for $3.

Raffle tickets will be sold for $1.

Those who are able are asked to bring canned food items for the church’s food bank.

“We are running low on food for our food bank,” said Pastor Chris Gutierrez. “We will have a prize for the family or individual that brings the most canned goods.”

A guitar has been donated by Anglesy Farmers Insurance Agency for the grand prize for a donation of canned foods.
