OGDEN — Police are asking the public for help in finding a 49-year-old woman who has been missing since Oct. 15.

Lori Dixon left her apartment at 2:30 p.m. at 525 Park Blvd., said Ogden Police Detective Sgt. Tim Scott.

"We’ve checked all the jails and hospitals," Scott said.

Dixon left her apartment, which she shares with her adult daughter, without her cell phone or purse, Scott said.

"There is no suspicious circumstances around her disappearance," Scott said.

Dixon’s family told police that it is unusual for her to leave without her purse or cell phone.

She does have moderate anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder, police said.

Dixon is described as having blonde shoulder length air, standing 5-foot tall and weighing 140 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ogden Major Crimes Bureau at 801-629-8348.
